In this HR Business Partner role, you’ll work alongside senior Power Unit leaders, ensuring our people strategy aligns with the fast-paced, high-performance nature of our business. Your focus? Maximising potential, optimising structures, and creating a culture where top talent thrives.
- Business Partnering: You’ll be the go-to trusted advisor for our Power Unit leaders, delivering creative and strategic HR solutions that drive performance and engagement.
- Talent & Succession Planning: Identify, develop, and retain our brightest minds, ensuring a strong pipeline of talent to keep us ahead of the competition.
- Shaping Organisational Success: Partner with leadership to design and evolve team structures, ensuring we have the agility to adapt and innovate.
- Driving People Performance: From coaching managers to enhancing team capability, you’ll ensure our PU team is set up for success.
- Managing Complex People Challenges: From ER case management to identifying people risks, you’ll proactively support leaders in making the best people decisions.
- Leading & Developing a Team: You’ll mentor and develop a HR Advisor, ensuring they grow and contribute to our high-performance culture.
To be considered for this HR Business Partner role, you will need:
- Strong business partnering skills, with the ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders.
- Proven experience in a fast-paced, high-performing environment
- A track record of driving strategic people initiatives, from succession planning to organisational design.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
