With at least three years of experience in sales operations or sales support—ideally within the IT sector—you thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven settings and excel at building strong relationships across teams.
What you'll do
Engaging with sales representatives to prepare, review, and expedite sales orders and related workflow processes.
- Researching account data, order history, and special pricing to support quote proposal generation.
- Preparing contracts in accordance with internal policies and legal requirements.
- Acting as the primary contact for customers regarding order status, account issues, and license configurations.
- Coordinating with stakeholders—Account Managers, Legal, Finance, Business Operations—to ensure timely order processing and revenue submission.
- Performing post-order procedures such as revenue reconciliation and order splits.
- Regularly meeting with account managers to review opportunities and proactively facilitate smooth deal closures.
- Collaborating with technical staff to resolve portal access and license installation issues.
- Supporting and instructing Channel Partners on order processes.
- Training team members and sales staff on sales policies and procedures.
- Analyzing paperwork for compliance and accuracy, administering revenue splits, and verifying order completeness.
What you need
BA degree in business, accounting, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales operations or sales support (IT company experience preferred).
- Proficiency in CRM systems (such as Salesforce) and understanding of Quote to Cash scenarios.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to manage confidential information with integrity.
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented approach to work.
