The Commercial Controller provides financial support to the local Sales & Marketing team, driving them in business decisions making. The role, mainly focused on New Car Network sales, also thanks to an accurate gap analysis, contributes to develop and execute business strategies in order to achieve and respect Brand policies, directions and targets. The Controller also supports the HQ Finance & Business teams providing reports, data, analysis and explanations helping them in understanding local figures and details.
Main Activities:
• Develop budget and forecasts
• Month-end closure
• Month N+1 best estimations
• Upload and manage systems
• Gap analysis actual vs budget/forecast, LY and previous month
• Monitor the sales volumes trends by model, engine and trim mix
• Monitor models margins trends
• Evaluate and approve new price proposal
• Evaluate and approve monthly promo & bonus
• Evaluate and approve extra actions requests
• Prepare and perform SOX & Audit controls
• Guarantee processes and procedures in the area of responsibility
