What you'll do
You'll identify and evaluate potential partnership opportunities that align with our business objectives, develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, negotiate and structure partnership agreements to maximize value for both parties, monitor and assess partnership performance, ensuring KPIs and business goals are met, assist in developing commercial strategies to drive revenue and brand growth, develop business cases and proposals for new partnership deals, support the execution of joint marketing initiatives, including events, content collaboration, and digital campaigns, ensure brand alignment and consistency in all partnership communications, conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential partnership opportunities, analyze data and insight to measure partnership effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement, maintain strong relationships with existing partners, ensuring long-term collaboration, and provide regular reports on partnership performance, ROI and key learnings.
What you need
You'll need a minimum 3 years of experience in partnership development, commercial strategy, or marketing, preferably in Motorsport /Endurance, strong marketing background with a degree (Bachelor or Master) in related fields, fluent English and French in speaking and writing is mandatory, any other European language is considered as a plus, strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, analytical mindset with the ability to assess data and derive insights, excellent knowledge of MS Office (mainly Excel, Word and PowerPoint) together with a good knowledge of graphic programs (Adobe), reliable team player with very good communication and presentation skills and excellent ability to work under pressure, and proven track record in managing successful partnerships and commercial deals.
