Effective handling of the assigned team and automotive customers with the following primary responsibilities; Demand creation for Infineon products Achieving Revenue, Design wins, cross-selling, and other KPIs as per annual targets Capturing and recording new opportunities, CIRs in the CRM portal (CAESAR), and updating them from time to time Coordination of planning, forecasting, and logistics activities Customer relationship management Arranging road shows, seminars, technical workshops, and other activities to enhance our presence with the customer. Support in creating the Strategy Blue Book for the assigned accounts Coordination with counterparts in the Global Account team to ensure that business objectives are met Working with local and global application teams to resolve technical topics. Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Electronics or electrical engineering, or computer engineering from a reputed university. 10+ years' experience in semiconductor components and system Engineering Excellent Communication and Presentation skills Good knowledge of India Standards where required for the product and application scope. Main external interfaces: Technical teams at customers, purchasing, and logistics Main internal interfaces: Technical Marketing, Application Engineering, Business Units, IS, and OBD Knowledge of own function's contribution to achieving business objectives. Understanding of key industry trends and competitor intelligence. Understanding of industry players, regulations, and eco-system. Understanding of customer/market needs on technical topics and account management Evaluates new/complex situations using analytical thought Excellent analytical skills in pulling together relevant information to forecast technical and market developments.
