What you'll do
Proactively manage and grow a portfolio of customers within the Industrial & Specialty division through telephonic engagement and project execution. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive telesales and digital outreach. Manage a portfolio of accounts that can be effectively serviced remotely. Executed targeted campaigns in the industrial & specialty segment. Qualify leads and convert them into active customers on the CRM system. Support the rollout of strategic Industrial & Specialty sales initiatives cross-selling projects.
What you need
National Senior Certificate required. Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Commerce will be advantageous. Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a Sales, telesales or Customer Service role.
