We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as Inside Sales - Industrial & Specialty. This role exists to proactively manage and grow a portfolio of customers within the Industrial & Specialty division through telephonic engagement and project execution.
What you'll do
As an Inside Sales - Industrial & Specialty, you will be responsible for:
- Proactively managing and growing a portfolio of customers within the Industrial & Specialty division through telephonic engagement and project execution.
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through proactive telesales and digital outreach.
- Managing a portfolio of accounts that can be effectively serviced remotely.
- Executing targeted campaigns in the Industrial & Specialty segment.
- Qualifying leads and converting them into active customers on the CRM system.
- Supporting the roll-out of strategic Industrial & Specialty sales initiatives cross-selling projects.
What you need
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- National Senior Certificate required.
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Commerce will be advantageous.
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a Sales, telesales or Customer Service role.
