Alpine Formula One Team have an outstanding opportunity to join our Business Transformation team as the ERP Team Manager. This role reports to the Head of Business Transformation and supports the Transformation function to bring together IT business systems into a single Centre of Excellence.
The Role
The ERP Team Manager will collaborate with the Enterprise Architecture & Business Systems team to understand the business’ needs, from the core functional requirements and the business process. You will develop functional and non-functional requirements for ERP development and integrations, lead and manage the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of business systems and project manage all Business System projects including resource management.
You will need to be able to oversee the creation of the necessary project documentation including technical and support documentation, develop and implement principles, procedures, and guidelines for the effective use and management of ERP and business system and ensure members within the group and outside can rapidly contribute to efficiency and performance updates quickly and efficiently.
Additional responsibilities:
Oversee the management of the ERP team. Developing self-sufficient functional & technical teams within the group.
Be a promoter of change across the business promoting a growth mindset to all those touch points across the business.
Facilitate high-level and complex decisions within the function in alignment with the Enterprise Architecture, Principles and Best Practices.
Work on complex enterprise-wide initiatives spanning multiple services/programs and drives resolution.
Ensure objectives and development plans are established at the start of the year and reviewed continuously throughout the year.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and manage technology projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery within budget.
Ensure compliance with relevant data security, privacy, and regulatory requirement
The Person
You will be a strategic leader, with proven skills in running and managing business transformation projects with a strong project delivery mindset. You will promote a collaborative, transparent and empowered culture with a strong emotional awareness towards individuals and the team.
Ideally you will have worked in a lean manufacturing environment and be able to apply the principles learnt to Alpine.
A solid knowledge of enterprise systems, databases, and software applications, such as ERP (ideally Dynamics 365), CRM, BI, and workflow automation tools is essential as is the confidence to challenge business users to motivate them to think and work differently.
Excellent communication skills are a must, as is a keen eye for detail alongside the ability to work under pressure, remain resilient and never give up.
