Job Title: Entry Level Motorsport Technician (Level 1)
Location: Bay Area, CA
Pay Range: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour (Based on experience and certifications)

Position Summary: As a Level 1 Motorsports Technician, you will be the foundation of our service team. This is a unique opportunity to learn from industry experts while performing essential maintenance, services, and entry-level repairs on some of the world's finest high-performance vehicles. Your keen attention to detail, strong work ethic, and commitment to learning will be crucial in upholding our reputation for excellent and ensuring complete client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct routine maintenance services, including oil changes, fluid flushes, and filter replacements.
Perform multi-point inspections and document findings to assist in vehicle assessments.
Assist senior technicians with diagnostics, repairs, and performance installations.
Competently remove and replace interior and exterior trim panels.
Install basic parts and accessories, following detailed instructions and procedures.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in accordance with shop standards.
Research and request necessary parts for assigned tasks.
Accurately document all work performed and time spent in the company’s management system.
Learn and adhere to all company policies and safety protocols.
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure seamless workflow.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Valid California driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Willingness to undergo a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
High school diploma or equivalent
A minimum of 6 months to 1 year of automotive experience (professional or technical school).
A fundamental understanding of vehicle systems and a strong mechanical aptitude.
Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles
Familiarity with basic hand tools and a desire to learn advanced tools and equipment.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Physical ability to perform demanding tasks in a workshop environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Completion of an automotive vocational program or a recognized apprenticeship.
A demonstrable passion for high-performance vehicles and motorsports.
Any entry-level manufacturer or ASE certifications are a significant plus.
