Joe Gibbs Racing is seeking a passionate and motivated Entry-Level Mechanic to support our Xfinity racing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
As an Entry-Level Mechanic, you will assist in various shop and operations duties, including:
Disassembly and detailed cleaning of race vehicles
Suspension teardown, inspection, and cleaning
Interior and driver comfort component assembly
Electrical - Wiring
Supporting the Parts Department with organization and logistics
Transporting race vehicles and parts between departments (intercompany transport)
Performing additional shop duties as assigned by the Xfinity Operations Manager
Qualifications:
Proven mechanical aptitude and strong work ethic
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
Basic computer skills (for inventory, documentation, etc.)
CDL preferred, but not required
