Job Overview
We are looking for a Digital & CRM Specialist to support the execution and optimization of digital marketing and customer engagement activities across the full funnel (from acquisition to retention
).The role combines digital marketing, CRM, media performance, UX optimization and SEO, with a strong focus on data-driven decision making and continuous improvement of customer journeys.
Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Marketing & Media
- Support planning and execution of digital campaigns (Search, Social, Display, Lead Ads)
- Collaborate with media agencies to optimize performance (CPL, conversion rate, ROI)
- Contribute to media plan definition and campaign optimization
- Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement
2. CRM & Customer Engagement
- Support execution of CRM campaigns (DEM, SMS, push, automated journeys)
- Define and implement segmentation and targeting strategies
- Contribute to customer lifecycle management (lead nurturing, retention, loyalty)
- Analyze CRM performance and suggest optimization actions
3. Lead Generation & Funnel Optimization
- Monitor and optimize lead generation flows and landing pages
- Identify bottlenecks in the conversion funnel and propose solutions
- Work closely with sales/dealer network to improve lead quality and conversion rates
- Support A/B testing activities across funnel touchpoints
4. UX & Website Optimization
- Collaborate on website improvements (UX/UI, content, navigation)
- Optimize key conversion assets (landing pages, forms,CTAs)
- Analyze user behavior (heatmaps, analytics, journeys)
- Support SEO-driven content improvements
5. SEO & Organic Performance
- Support SEO strategy (on-page & technical)
- Monitor keyword performance and organic traffic trends
- Collaborate on content optimization (SEO-driven pages, productpages)
- Ensure alignment between SEO and paid media strategy
6. Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor KPIs across digital & CRM (traffic, leads, conversions, engagement)
- Prepare reports and dashboards to track performance
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations
- Ensure data quality and consistency across platforms
Your Qualifications, Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communication or similar
- 2–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, CRM or Performance Marketing
- Experience in multichannel campaigns and marketing automation
- Automotive or complex industry experienceis a plus
- Knowledge of: CRM tools (Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, CDP), digital media platforms (Google Ads, Meta, etc. and web analytics tools (GA4 or similar)
- Understanding of: customer journeys & funnel logic, SEO/GEO basics, UX/UI principles
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Ability to work cross-functionally (marketing, media, IT, agencies)
- Proactive approach and problem-solving attitude
- Good communication skills
- Fluent in English and Italian (at least B2)
Our Offer
- Salary range: from 43000 € to 52000 €, that will be defined depending on the level of adherence of the candidate to the job
