Parts & Service Field Force Capabilities & Development
Role purpose:
Own the tools that equip NSC Area Operations Managers to perform — including product ownership of the AI Business Coach — and build commercial capability of the field force and Authorized Repairers through data, training and network recovery action plan
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as product owner for the AI Business Coach, a tool to facilitate and optimize field force job in term of network performances analysis, opportunities identification and action plans development: define requirements, manage development backlog, oversee adoption and improvement cycles;
- Collect and synthesize Zone managers feedbacks to continuously improve AI coaching outputs;
- Own the broader field force tool suite — deployment, documentation, user support;
- Design parts commercial training for NSC aftersales field staff and dealers key figures (service advisors, etc.);
- Support underperforming & new authorized repairers to reach commercial baseline;
- Develop country-specific training materials, e-learning modules, and job aids.
Requirements:
- 3-7 years of experience in Aftersales / Parts & Services, ideally with field force or network experience
- Strong credibility with Zone Managers and dealer network
- Solid understanding of parts business, service KPIs, and commercial levers
- Data-driven mindset to translate insights into concrete action plans
- Experience in tool / product ownership (AI, dashboards, digital solutions
- Proven capability in designing and deploying training programs
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence
- Pragmatic, performance-oriented, and comfortable bridging HQ (tools) and field execution
- Availability to travel (10-20%)
Offer:
- Salary range: from €43.000 to €55.000, that will be defined depending on the level of adherence of the candidate to the job requirements
- Collective Agreement: In accordance with the provisions of the Specific Collective Labour Agreement (CCSL – CNEL code: CO10), and in particular with regard to the classification within the third professional area.
