Job Overview
Acts as the central coordination point between Stellantis European organisation and our partner, across the G10 markets, ensuring the consistent deployment of regional strategies and initiatives, driving market performance, and fostering effective communication, governance, and best-practice sharing.
Your Responsibilities
- Coordinate activities across multiple European markets.
- Monitor market KPIs, performance, and business targets.
- Prepare management reports, dashboards, and executive presentations.
- Lead governance meetings, steering committees, and cross-functional workshops.
- Ensure alignment between central functions (Sales, Marketing, Aftersales, Finance, Digital/ICT) and local market teams.
- Support rollout of new programs, processes, digital tools, and commercial initiatives.
- Identify risks, escalation points, and corrective actions.
- Drive adoption of regional standards while considering local market requirements.
- Support change management, training, and communication activities.
Your Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- 10 years of experience in: Automotive with exposure to Sales & Marketing, Aftersales and Business Performance
- Experience working with multinational or regional European organizations.
- Exposure to digital transformation, CRM, customer experience, or network operations is beneficial.
- Strong project/program management experience.
- Stakeholder management in a matrix organization.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset with KPI and reporting expertise.
- Ability to manage multiple countries and complex initiatives simultaneously.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI is often valued.
- Fluent English and Italian; additional European languages are an advantage.
- Previous experience in Program/Project Management and Market Operations
Offer
- Salary range: from 57000€ to 68000 €, that will be defined depending on the level of adherence of the candidate to the job requirements
- Collective Agreement: In accordance with the provisions of the Specific Collective Labour Agreement (CCSL – CNEL code: CO10), and in particular with regard to the classification within the third professional area.
