Job Overview
The IAM Markets Coordination Manager acts as the link between the European Parts & Services organization and local IAM Managers in the G10 markets, ensuring that Independent Aftermarket (IAM) strategies are consistently deployed and executed across multiple countries. The role focuses on sales growth, market performance, pricing alignment, product portfolio management, and coordination of regional initiatives.
Your Responsibilities
- Coordinate IAM activities across European markets and National Sales Companies (NSCs).
- Ensure alignment between regional aftermarket strategy and local execution.
- Monitor sales, revenue, margin, and market-share performance.
- Support deployment of Supplier Range, EUROREPAR, and other aftermarket product lines.
- Coordinate with pricing, purchasing, logistics, marketing, and commercial teams.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Support Distrigo hubs and distribution partners in achieving growth targets.
- Lead cross-functional projects and facilitate communication between central and local stakeholders.
- Prepare management reports, KPIs, and business reviews.
- Drive adoption of new tools, processes, and commercial initiatives across markets.
Your Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- 10+ years of experience in automotive aftermarket, parts distribution, sales, product management, business development, or commercial operations.
- Experience working across multiple European markets.
- Degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of the automotive aftermarket (IAM).
- Commercial and business development experience.
- Project and stakeholder management in multinational environments.
- Pricing and profitability analysis.
- Advanced Excel and Power BI skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Fluent English and Italian (at least B2); additional European languages are often an advantage.
Our Offer
- Salary range: from 57000 € to 68000 €, that will be defined depending on the level of adherence of the candidate to the job requirements
- Collective Agreement: In accordance with the provisions of the Specific Collective Labour Agreement (CCSL – CNEL code: CO10), and in particular with regard to the classification within the third professional area.
