ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Manager to improve customer experience and drive measurable growth across the digital funnel.
In this role, you will focus on understanding user behavior, removing friction points and running data driven experiments to continuously improve conversion performance. You will work closely with UX/UI, product, development and analytics teams to turn insights into impactful improvements across the eCommerce platform.
This position is ideal for a curious, analytical and experimentation minded professional who enjoys optimizing journeys, testing hypotheses and delivering tangible business results.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
As CRO Manager, you will:
- Analyze the end to end customer journey and optimize conversion funnels across the platform.
- Identify conversion bottlenecks and user friction points using digital tools (heatmaps, session recordings, funnel analysis) as well as qualitative inputs (customer feedback, service insights).
- Design, execute and scale A/B tests and experimentation strategies.
- Improve key performance metrics such as conversion rate, add to cart rate and checkout completion rate.
- Drive cross selling and upselling initiatives, enhancing customer value and experience.
- Optimize key pages (PDP, PLP, cart, checkout) in collaboration with UX/UI designers and development teams.
- Partner closely with Analytics to monitor performance, validate hypotheses and support data driven decisions.
WHO YOU ARE
- 4–8 years of experience in Conversion Rate Optimization, product optimization or digital performance roles.
- Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Economics, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Additional certifications in Digital Analytics, UX, CRO, or Data Analysis are considered a plus.
- Proven experience in designing and executing A/B tests and experimentation roadmaps, with a strong test-and-learn mindset.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and business impact.
- Hands-on experience with analytics and experimentation tools (e.g. Google Analytics 4, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Hotjar, Optimizely, AB Tasty or similar).
- Solid understanding of user behavior, customer journeys, conversion funnels, and digital performance KPIs (conversion rate, AOV, drop-off, etc.).
- Experience working in eCommerce or digital product environments, ideally with high-traffic platforms.
- Fluent English (mandatory), as you will work in an international environment. Fluent Italian. French or other languages are considered a plus.
- Strong proficiency in Excel / data analysis tools; knowledge of SQL or data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
- Good understanding of UX/UI principles and customer experience optimization.
- Familiarity with testing methodologies, statistical significance, and experimentation frameworks.

- Salary range: from 36.419€ to 46.000€, that will be defined depending on the level of adherence of the candidate to the job requirements
- Collective Agreement: In accordance with the provisions of the Specific Collective Labour Agreement (CCSL – CNEL code: CO10), and in particular with regard to the classification within the third professional area.
