YOUR CORE ACTIVITIES
* Supports the area manager in the actions necessary to achieve the targets.
* Contributes to the continuous improvement of the production process and to the training of people and their correct allocation within the production department and deployment.
* Monitors the department's KPIs (e.g.: volumes, waste, etc.); proposes improvement actions focused on the flexibility and productivity of the department and improvement actions aimed at optimizing production, in compliance with product safety and quality standards.
* Interacts with the other functions of the Plant (in particular Minifactory Manager, Industrial Engineering, Maintenance and Quality) in order to design and implement improvement projects at a technical and organizational level.
* Supports activities aimed at achieving PME (Continuous Improvement) targets.
* People management: absenteeism, safety, meritocracy, evaluation.
* HSE: Supervises and monitors the correct observance of safety rules (in charge) and implements corrective actions.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
* Engineering Master's degree.
* Between 3 and 5 years of experience in similar roles is required.
* Good knowledge of the English language.
* Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing processes and methods.
* Communication and Leadership.

COMPENSATION PACKAGE
* The employment contract will be regulated by "Gomma Plastica" National Collective Bargaining Agreement.
* The gross annual base salary (RAL) offered will be no less than € 55.000.
* The Company is committed to offering a competitive compensation package and, following the selection process, may propose a final gross annual base salary above the stated level, commensurate with the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications.
* The position's compensation package also includes a variable component and a competitive welfare and benefits offer. Further details will be provided at a later stage and will be subject to the applicable Company policies.
