We are looking for a Supplier Range Product Manager to join our Commercial Operations team and take ownership of a portfolio of IAM products across multiple European markets.
Reporting to the Category Manager, you will play a key role in developing competitive product offers, supporting sales growth, and ensuring sustainable profitability across the value chain.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
As Supplier Range Product Manager, you will:
- Own the end to end lifecycle of the assigned product range across Stellantis markets.
- Analyze product competitiveness through benchmarking versus IAM and OEM alternatives.
- Ensure price coherence across brands (MOPAR, EUROREPAR, SUSTAINERA) and within defined market price corridors.
- Balance competitiveness and profitability across Stellantis, Distrigo, and repairers.
- Monitor margin performance and profitability at part number level.
- Manage supplier relationships, including commercial conditions and bonus mechanisms, in coordination with Purchasing.
- Assess market potential and market share for Stellantis and non Stellantis vehicle parc.
- Define and evolve the product portfolio, identifying range extensions based on market demand, coverage, availability, and competitor offers.
- Support B2N (Business to Network) initiatives to drive sell in and sell out actions.
- Support B2C (Business to Customer) initiatives targeting end customers.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain and Purchasing to ensure product availability at launch and throughout the lifecycle.
- Perform market and marketing analysis using internal and external data sources.
- Identify new business opportunities and build related business cases based on data driven assumptions.
WHO YOU ARE
We are interested in candidates with 5–10 years of experience who are motivated to grow in an international, commercial, and product driven environment.
You bring:
- Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration, Management Engineering, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or related fields.
- Experience in Product Management, Business Development, Sales, Marketing, Purchasing, or Aftersales.
- Exposure to the automotive industry (OEM or Independent Aftermarket) is a strong plus.
- Understanding of pricing principles, margin management, and ordering systems.
- Solid business and economic mindset.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn data into clear recommendations.
- Focus on digital transformation, information systems, or data-driven decision-making
- Fluency in English and Italian (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong Excel skills (Power BI, Access or VBA are a plus).

OFFER
- Salary range: from 43.000 € to 55.000 €, that will be defined depending on the level of adherence of the candidate to the job requirements
- Collective Agreement: In accordance with the provisions of the Specific Collective Labour Agreement (CCSL – CNEL code: CO10), and in particular with regard to the classification within the third professional area.
