Job Title: Finance International Controlling & Reporting Specialist
Reporting to: Consolidation, Controlling & Reporting Manager
Role Purpose:
The Finance International Controlling & Reporting Specialist is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely preparation of managerial reporting and supporting the external consolidated financial statements of the entities in the scope.
The ideal candidate will have experience in financial controlling and business performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting processes at Group level
- Analyze consolidated financial statements in compliance with IFRS (or applicable GAAP)
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting to internal stakeholders.
- Analyze financial results and variances, driving financial performance and providing insights to management to support strategic decision making
- Support subsidiaries in reporting processes and provide accounting guidance
- Coordinate with local finance teams across different countries
- Contribute to the preparation of management reports, board presentations, and financial disclosures
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and procedures
- Drive continuous improvement and automation of reporting processes
Key Requirements:
Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Experience:
- 5–8 years of experience in financial controlling and reporting, preferably in a multinational environment
- Experience with group reporting and complex organizational structures
Technical Skills:
- Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities
- Strong knowledge of IFRS (or relevant accounting s
- tandards)Experience with consolidation tools (e.g., SAP BPC, Hyperion, OneStream)
- Advanced Excel skills
Soft Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and ability to work in an international environment
- Ability to manage deadlines and work under pressure
- Stakeholder management across multiple geographies
Languages:
- English: Fluent (mandatory)
- Italian: Fluent (mandatory)
- Additional languages are a plus

Offer
- Salary range: from €36.000 to €46.000, that will be defined depending on the level of adherence of the candidate to the job requirements
- Collective Agreement: In accordance with the provisions of the Specific Collective Labour Agreement (CCSL – CNEL code: CO10), and in particular with regard to the classification within the third professional area.
