Job Overview
The intern will support the development and execution of 360° communication campaigns across multiple channels, with a strong focus on digital and social media. The role contributes to enhancing brand positioning, ensuring consistency of communication and alignment with brand values across all touchpoints.
Working in an international environment, the intern will collaborate with cross-functional teams, markets, and external partners, gaining hands-on experience in content creation, digital strategy, and project management.
Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the intern include but are not limited to the following:
- Support the creation and management of digital and social media content
- Contribute to the development of editorial plans, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines across all touchpoints
- Collaborate with internal teams, markets, and external agencies throughout the content lifecycle (from briefing to delivery)
- Support content production activities when required
- Monitor campaign performance and social media KPIs
- Contribute to data analysis and continuous improvement of content effectiveness
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders across different countries
- Support project timelines and daily marketing operations
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
- Degree (ongoing) in Marketing, Communication, Economics or related fields
- Fluency in English and Italian (written and spoken)
- Strong interest in digital communication, social media, and content marketing
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital tools
- Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint in particular)
- Analytical mindset with ability to monitor and interpret KPIs
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work in an international and team-oriented environment
- Proactivity, creativity, curiosity, and attention to detail
- Flexibility, motivation, and problem-solving attitude
