Job Overview
The intern is involved within the department responsible for automotive commercial operations in 20 European countries where Stellantis is represented by importers (Central and Eastern Europe, Scandinavia, Switzerland, Greece, etc.).
The scope includes the following brands: Peugeot, Citroën, DS, Opel/Vauxhall, Fiat, Abarth, Pro One, Alfa Romeo, Jeep.
The role ensures the interface between importers and the various Stellantis entities for all topics relating to car flow: allocation and production of new vehicles, invoicing, editing of customs documents, Incoterms, loads of vehicles, pick-up and transport, management of stock, and storage conditions.
This activity involves multiple interfaces: importers (logistics, administration, and commercial departments), AOM, production management, factories, logistics compounds, customs management, supply chain direction, Finance direction, Brands, transport companies, ports, and IT direction.
Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the intern include but are not limited to the following:
• Manage daily the volume of produced vehicles to invoice and the turnover target
• Reduce the lead time and delay of production
• Answer requests from importers about car flow and production
• Develop information and cooperation with AOM and importers
• Strengthen coordination to reduce volume of missing vehicles, vehicles to divert to other destination, vehicles to be converted
• Manage the execution of allocation, opportunities and constraints, considering the production events
Qualifications, Skills & Experience

• Capacity to adapt communication to different contact persons: importers, plants, AOM, carriers, Finance or Product teams, Production or IT teams
• Negotiation skills - understanding, conviction, persuasion or firmness depending on the context

• Ability to work in an international team
Technical Skills
• Fluent in English
• Master's degree in Management Engineering, Economics, Management or related fields
• Ability to work on multiple computer systems
• Experience in allocation or logistics would be appreciated
