We are looking for a Pricing Manager to lead pricing strategy and support profitable business growth. The role drives pricing decisions, market competitiveness and profitability across products and markets, working closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Product teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Define and implement pricing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Analyse market trends, customer insights and competitor pricing.
• Support product launches with pricing and profitability recommendations.
• Monitor pricing performance, margins and revenue impact.
• Manage pricing governance, tools and reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise commercial performance.
• Present pricing recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Requirements
• Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering or equivalent.
• Relevant experience in Pricing, Commercial Strategy, Finance or related functions.
• Strong analytical, financial and business acumen.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis tool proficiency.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.

• Salary range: from 43 K€ to 48 K€, that will be defined depending on the level of adherence of the candidate to the job requirements
• Collective Agreement: In accordance with the provisions of the Specific Collective Labour Agreement (CCSL – CNEL code: CO10), and in particular with regard to the classification within the third professional area.
