We are looking for a Senior Pricing Analyst for LCV (Light Commercial Vehicles) cluster.
The LCV pricing department is in charge of defining pricing positioning, guidelines and management during the entire lifecycle of all LCV carlines across the Europe Enlarged perimeter for Peugeot, Citroen, Fiat and Opel.
Guarantee proposal and execution of net pricing actions to sustain profitability targets.
Monitor competitiveness through cash and financial offers and provide management insight about competitor positioning.
Work with sales and local marketing departments to support profit and sales results.
Actively contribute to Budget and Forecast processes in coordination with Finance and Sales departments.
Responsibilities
• Prepare, discuss, obtain approval and share pricing guidelines with HQ and market stakeholders.
• Lead pricing activities for new models and model years and serve as pricing referent for Product, Marketing and Finance departments.
• Provide pricing inputs and guidelines for Budget and Forecast sessions and propose corrective actions.
• Discuss actions supporting positioning and profitability with LCV Directors, Marketing Managers and Area Managers.
• Prepare analyses and presentations supporting top management during commercial operations meetings.
• Prepare comprehensive pricing presentations and results reviews.
• Work with TCO department to maintain visibility on ICE and BEV model TCO status.
• Prepare, check and approve price books through the profitability tool in coordination with Finance, Product and Markets.
Profile
• Minimum 5 years experience in pricing of complex industrial goods, preferably automotive, truck or LCV companies.
• Proactive and able to work effectively in dynamic and complex environments.
• Leadership capability to guide departments and markets during pricing activities.
• Ability to summarize positioning, profitability and commercial results and recommend improvements.
• Strong benchmarking skills and ability to analyze competitors cash, leasing and TCO offers.
• Comfortable presenting and discussing pricing topics with top management.
• Passionate and curious about Stellantis and competitor LCV products.
• Innovative application of economics and finance knowledge to prepare business cases.
• Active in learning and promoting the New Profitability Tool.
Candidate Criteria
Minimum experience required: 5 to 7 years
Language: English (Fluent)
Offer
• Salary range: from 43 K€ to 48 K€, that will be defined depending on the level of adherence of the candidate to the job requirements
• Collective Agreement: In accordance with the provisions of the Specific Collective Labour Agreement (CCSL – CNEL code: CO10), and in particular with regard to the classification within the third professional area.
