Job Overview
We are looking for a Car Flow Specialist to join our international Car Flow organization inside the Commercial Area.
In this role, you will ensure the smooth flow of vehicles from production plants to our Importers in Enlarged Europe. You will collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders, gaining exposure to manufacturing, logistics, commercial operations, finance, and international trade.
Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the Car Flow Specialist include but are not limited to the following:
- Monitor and manage the daily flow of vehicles from production to delivery.
- Coordinate vehicle allocation activities based on market demand, production constraints, and business priorities.
- Ensure timely vehicle invoicing and support achievement of business targets.
- Act as a key point of contact for importers regarding production, allocation, and vehicle flow topics.
- Collaborate with manufacturing plants, logistics providers, ports, customs teams, finance, IT, and commercial organizations to resolve operational issues.
- Analyze bottlenecks and implement actions to reduce lead times and improve delivery performance.
- Support the management of vehicle stocks, transportation activities, and exceptional vehicle movements (diversions, conversions, shortages, etc.).
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Previous experience (up to 3 years) in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Automotive, or related areas.
- International work or study experiences are considered a plus.
Technical Skills
- Fluent English (written and spoken) – minimum level: B2
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, SAP, Power BI, knowledge of Rapid Response is considered a plus
- Ability to learn and work across multiple business systems and digital platforms.

Offer
- Salary range: from 34.400 € to 40.000 €, that will be defined depending on the level of adherence of the candidate to the job requirements
- Collective Agreement: In accordance with the provisions of the Specific Collective Labour Agreement (CCSL – CNEL code: CO10), and in particular with regard to the classification within the third professional area.
