Job Overview
Vehicle Logistics Capacity Planner guarantees, for flows under responsibility, allocation of proper transport capacity on medium term and long term, operational performance analysis, economical performance analysis and support productivity idea generation and implementation.
Main activities linked to the job
- Support transport capacity confirmation from awarded carriers in medium term (month M+1 - M+4) and long term (Year +1)
- Identify significant capacity gaps, coordinate the definition and implementation of solutions with Network Design, Vehicle Logistics Transport Operations and Purchasing
- Present outcome of each capacity dialogue cycle to the Regional Vehicle Logistics management
- Identify main sources of transport oncosts (on top of nominal) and support the definition and implementation of solutions
- Select and present main KPI gaps for which a recovery action plan is re
- quiredGuarantee full set of data and presentation according to monthly rolling deadlines
Technical skills
- Master’s degree in Engineering required
- Good knowledge of vehicle logistics
- 1–4 years of experience in a similar role
- English proficiency: minimum B2 level required
- Data analysis and synthesis of big data set
- Ability to work with a complex data set in an environment with integrated and external systems
- Use of Microsoft Office and in particular of PBI, Excel and PowerPoint tools
- Able to develop A.I. agents to increase the job efficiency

- Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize workload and achieve effective results in a dynamic and changing environment
- Strong customer focus
- Communication skills to be able to keep accountability of all stakeholders on common goals
- Ability to work in an operational environment
Offer
- Salary range: from 36.000 € to 42.000 €, that will be defined depending on the level of adherence of the candidate to the job requirements
- Collective Agreement: In accordance with the provisions of the Specific Collective Labour Agreement (CCSL – CNEL code: CO10), and in particular with regard to the classification within the third professional area.
