Job Overview
Mission
- Ensure production plan feasibility by aligning customer demand with supplier and internal plant capacities.
- Anticipate and manage capacity constraints to support stable, reliable and cost-effective production planning.
Responsibilities
- Monitor supplier and internal production capacities within the assigned perimeter and maintain accurate capacity data in the relevant IT tools.
- Identify bottlenecks, capacity gaps and overrun risks, proposing mitigation actions such as capacity increases, calendar adjustments or alternative production scenarios.
- Coordinate capacity increase studies with Purchasing, Engineering, Supplier Quality, Plants and other key stakeholders.
- Manage capacity overrun situations with crisis teams, suppliers and internal partners, ensuring escalation and action follow-up.
- Support MPP and MPS cycles through reliable capacity inputs, feasibility checks and constraint analysis.
- Accountable for reliable, up-to-date capacity information across the assigned supplier and plant perimeter.
- Contributes to Master Production Schedule feasibility and supports the stability of the end-to-end production plan.

Technical Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in a similar role
- Solid understanding of supplier production constraints, industrial processes and manufacturing environments.
- End-to-end supply chain knowledge, from demand planning to production execution and supplier follow-up.
- Knowledge of planning processes including LTP, S&OP, Budget, MPP, MPS and weekly planning.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of BO, Power BI and data management tools is a plus.
- Fluent English required - At least B2 level; additional languages are an advantage.
Offer
- Salary range: from 36.000 € to 40.000 €, that will be defined depending on the level of adherence of the candidate to the job requirements
- Collective Agreement: In accordance with the provisions of the Specific Collective Labour Agreement (CCSL – CNEL code: CO10), and in particular with regard to the classification within the third professional area.
