About This Role
We are seeking an experienced ERP Solution Architect to join our team in Grove. As an ERP Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our ERP systems, ensuring they meet the needs of our business and are aligned with our overall IT strategy.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in ERP systems, with experience in designing and implementing solutions that meet business requirements. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain ERP systems, ensuring they meet business requirements and are aligned with our overall IT strategy
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs
- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure ERP systems are integrated with other systems and technologies
- Develop and maintain documentation of ERP systems, including system design, configuration, and user guides
- Provide training and support to users of ERP systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with ERP systems
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and trends in ERP systems, making recommendations for improvements and upgrades
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in ERP systems, with a focus on design, implementation, and maintenance
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics
- Strong understanding of business processes and operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
