About This Role
At Williams Racing, we are looking for a Finance Business Partner to join our team in Grove. As a Finance Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing financial support and guidance to the business, working closely with the senior leadership team to drive business performance and growth.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in finance, with experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting. You will be a key member of the finance team, working closely with the Financial Controller and other stakeholders to drive financial excellence and support the delivery of the company's strategic objectives.
Responsibilities will include:
- Providing financial support and guidance to the business, including financial planning, analysis, and reporting
- Working closely with the senior leadership team to drive business performance and growth
- Developing and maintaining financial models and forecasts to support business decision-making
- Analyzing and interpreting financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Providing financial insights and recommendations to stakeholders
- Collaborating with the finance team to drive financial excellence and support the delivery of the company's strategic objectives
- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including the senior leadership team and other departments
- Identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and applying this knowledge to drive business growth and improvement
Requirements:
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Strong background in finance, with experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
- Experience of working in a similar industry or sector (e.g. automotive, manufacturing)
- Strong knowledge of financial systems and software (e.g. ERP, Excel)
