About This Role
We are currently seeking a Material Handler to join our team in Grove on a weekend shift basis. As a Material Handler, you will play a key role in the efficient and effective movement of goods, materials and equipment within our facility. You will be responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing and dispatching a wide range of items, including spare parts, tools, equipment and supplies. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and teamwork skills, be physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Receive, inspect and store goods, materials and equipment in a safe and efficient manner. Pick, pack and dispatch goods, materials and equipment as required. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of goods, materials and equipment movements. Ensure all goods, materials and equipment are handled and stored in accordance with company procedures and health and safety guidelines. Assist with stocktaking and inventory management as required. Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient and effective movement of goods, materials and equipment. Requirements: Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a warehouse or logistics environment. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work weekends. Basic IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
