About This Role
We are seeking an experienced ERP Specialist to join our Finance team in Grove. As an ERP Specialist, you will be responsible for the implementation, maintenance, and support of our ERP system, with a focus on financial modules.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in ERP systems, particularly in finance, and experience of working with financial modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable. You will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Responsibilities:
- Implement, maintain, and support the ERP system, focusing on financial modules
- Configure and test new functionality and workflows
- Provide training and support to end-users
- Collaborate with the finance team to identify and prioritize business requirements
- Develop and maintain documentation of ERP processes and procedures
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Participate in project meetings and provide updates on progress
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure integration with other systems
- Stay up-to-date with new releases and updates of the ERP system
- Identify areas for improvement and implement changes
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with financial regulations
- Requirements:
- Experience with ERP systems, particularly in finance
- Strong knowledge of financial modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
