Job description
For our Quality Inspection department we are looking for an enthusiastic analyst. With your orderly and systematic approach you ensure that the constant quality of raw materials, auxiliary materials and end products for the aviation industry is monitored.
Responsibilities
As part of the Quality Inspection Team, you are responsible for monitoring our strict quality requirements. You ensure that all our raw materials, semi-finished products, finished products and third-party samples are checked and tested and released to production or customer as agreed. You are mainly involved in complex mechanical and physical testing.
Comparing and assessing incoming goods based on specifications and correctly processing the results in Exact and Excel.
Requesting samples, preparing and performing the tests.
Performing various physical and mechanical tests such as bending tests, compression tests, tensile tests, thermal analysis and microscopy; you must be able to handle various software systems.
Analyzing both physical and mechanical tests
Performing Root Cause Analysis.
Evaluate measurements and product specifications. Based on this evaluation decide whether a product is released or blocked.
Frequent contact with production departments, P&L, PE and QA.
Providing substantive information about test data.
Assisting with testing in the context of R&D/PE trials.
Test equipment and measuring instruments are properly maintained.
Profile
We are looking for an efficient, careful and independent employee who is not afraid to get his hands dirty. Our ideal candidate can work well in a team as well as independently and never loses sight of care. In addition, you have:
MBO work and thinking level. Preference in the direction of Laboratory (MLO) or Process Technology.
An accurate, practical and solution-oriented attitude.
Good administrative skills in Word and Excel.
Good command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
A flexible attitude and quality awareness.
Ensure order and cleanliness in the working environment.
A positive attitude.

Salary Classification in function scale F between €2,780 and €3,175 gross per month based on a 37-hour employment contract (40-hour working week), depending on age and work experience.
23 vacation days and 19 ADV days per year for a full-time employment contract. Supplement of paid maternity leave up to 100%
Travel expenses if you live more than 6 km from Nijverdal;
