In this challenging tactical and operational role, you are responsible for the correct implementation of the formulated HR policy within Toray Advanced Composites in Nijverdal. In addition, you contribute to further policy development, you help implement HR projects and you are also involved in matters such as internal communication and employer branding. You are hands-on and enjoy being operationally active in various HR systems and performing administrative tasks. Our internationally oriented production environment with Twente roots appeals to you.
The HR team in Nijverdal consists of an HR employee and an HR manager, in addition to the HR Business Partner. HR themes on the strategic agenda include leadership development, employer branding, HR policy development, job evaluation and improving and introducing work processes.
In this position you will report to the HR Manager of the Nijverdal location.
Functional purpose and content
Guiding management, executives and employees during all phases of employee recruitment, progression and outflow.
Coordinating all recruitment activities.
Coordinating and co-implementing sickness absence management.
Help design and draw up a training plan.
Co-implement internal communications and employer branding, in collaboration with the internal communications advisor (based in the UK).
Advising on and coordinating the drafting of job descriptions and job evaluation processes for the purpose of fair remuneration.
Coordinating and monitoring follow-up performance and assessment interviews.
Generating HR data, reporting and performing analyses.
Performing general administrative tasks and implementing the "four-eyes principle" in HR operations.
What are you bringing?
A completed HBO education, preferably in HRM or Business Administration.
Several years of experience in a similar role.
An enthusiastic and down-to-earth attitude.
You are accurate, customer-oriented and have integrity.
You have analytical skills and are results-oriented.
You also enjoy being active in administration.
By taking initiative and having an accessible attitude, you can move easily at various levels within the organization.
You have a "can-do" mentality.
You have excellent Dutch and good English communication skills, both oral and written.

A salary between €3,750 - €5,000 gross per month based on 40 hours per week.
185 flexi-hours and 156 ADV hours (ADV only for full-time employment) per year.
Travel expenses if you live more than 6 km from Nijverdal.
