About the team:
The Key Account Management (KAM) department in OE Sales serves as the representative contact window for driveline and chassis components for Japanese OEMs (JOEMs). The team is responsible for pioneering sales growth as well as maintaining existing business. In addition, it manages series business in close cooperation with the aftermarket team.
What you can look forward as Customer Relationship Manager:
- Seek opportunities for further business growth leading of Promotion for new Opportunity and Business
- Supporting smoothly running series production and project launch by coordinating our customers and ZF side
- Build Strategic Plan (long term growth planning) and Operating Plan (short/mid term sales planning) and pursue achievment.
- Use internal resources to incorporate RFI (Request For Inquiry) and RFQ (Request For Quotation) processes
- Analyze business and report to Sales Leader
- Collect, communicate and visualize voice of customer
Your profile as Customer Relationship Manager:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business or other related field
- Excellent communication skill in native Japanese, business level in English language
- Experience in automotive industry, mechanical industry or electronics industry
- General knowledge for RFQ and RFI processes
- Strong negotiation skill and passion
- Preferred : Intimate customer knowledge
- Preferred : Basic skills for SAP, MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word..)
