We are looking to recruit a Part Sales Co-ordinator in our growing aftersales department.
This is an office-based role with opportunities to travel to motorsport events to work on our dedicated parts truck. Previous work in this type of role would be beneficial.
Key responsibilities will include:
Process day to day sales enquiries received by phone, e-mail & website
Assess customers’ needs and provide assistance during the parts ordering process
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent parts sales service
Making sure that you have a high accuracy of stock management & can raise any issues encountered in a timely manner
The Successful candidate will have:
A strong work ethic
The ability to work independently and proactively
A friendly and energetic personality with a customer service focus
The ability to perform under pressure
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Mainly Excel & Word)
Experience using Sage 200 (beneficial but not essential)
In possession of a driving licence (beneficial but not essential)
Excellent communication skills
