Tasks

As a manager in the Purple Team, you will play a key role at the interface between Red and Blue Team methodologies. You will coordinate teams, develop cybersecurity strategies, and drive the transition to a service-oriented security approach. With your methodological expertise, you will optimize CERT processes, coordinate security measures, and ensure that the organization and our customers are prepared for current threats. You will be responsible for the strategic development of Purple Teaming and security processes, as well as the implementation of efficient detection and response strategies. With your methodological expertise, you will optimize CERT processes, coordinate security measures, and ensure that the organization and our customers are prepared for current threats. Coordination and coaching of a team and external partners. Planning, leading, and follow-up of Purple Team assessments to identify vulnerabilities. Promoting cross-departmental collaboration between Red and Blue Teams to optimize security measures. Development and implementation of detection logic (use cases). Identification and management of automation potential within the Blue Team/SOC and its implementation. Development and implementation of security strategies and risk assessments for customers. Presentation of results and recommended actions at management level. Monitoring and continuous improvement of security processes within the company and for customers.
