Requirements
Relevant professional experience in the construction industry, ideally in linear infrastructure, civil engineering, or in the coordination of large-scale construction projects
Knowledge in the context of construction supervision or construction management
Understanding of construction processes and project management in the infrastructure and energy sectors, as well as experience working with construction companies and subcontractors
Experience in quality management and the ability to implement clear processes and standards
Knowledge of identifying and assessing project risks and developing and implementing risk mitigation measures
Strong communication and leadership skills
Excellent, subject-related and successful degree
5 years of relevant professional experience in construction or consulting and/or in an energy or environmental area of an industrial company
Practical experience in project management, for example in the energy sector, including goal setting, personnel planning, task allocation, and successful project execution.
At least initial experience in leading teams as well as strong communication and negotiation skills.
Very good analytical skills and a conceptually structured and customer-oriented approach.
Entrepreneurial thinking and sales affinity, ideally with an existing network in the relevant field.
High interest in current trends in the energy industry and new technologies.
Open, team-oriented personality with the motivation to actively contribute ideas and contribute to the company's further development.
Fluent written and spoken German and English.
Basic willingness to travel and flexibility.
