R&D Project Controller

What you can look forward to as R&D Project Controller:
- Project Controlling for R&D departments
- Support coordination and execution of financial key processes (Strategic Planning, Operational Planning, Forecast, Monthly closing, etc.) in collaboration with the local and global Controlling team
- Analyze plan deviations of financial key figures and derive steering implications.
- Support ad-hoc analyses, generation and consolidation of reports and presentations (e.g., for management meetings)
- Cost Center controlling for overhead R&D functions, including budgeting and hourly rates calculation
Your Profile as R&D Project Controller:
- Completed university degree in Finance, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent
- Finance/Controlling experience within a manufacturing company (automotive preferred); Work experience in a multinational environment is an advantage
- Fluent in English, German language knowledge is an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office software, especially MS Excel; Good knowledge of SAP
- Ability to work under pressure and in a team, strong analytical mindset & excellent communication skills
