Description:
The MN-13 Department manages new vehicle launches from a parts quality perspective and manages capacity as well as efficiency in the supply chain.
The qualified intern/Co-op should expect to contribute and improve in the following functions:
- Support activity planning and steering to enable high quality parts deliveries.
- Assist with the preparation of recurring reports to management to enable good decision making and successful vehicle launches.
- Assist with the preparation, execution and documentation of management meetings.
- Optimize internal project management processes and tools including digitalization.
Qualifications:
- Technical degree student preferred (ME, IE, Supply Chain or related), junior or higher level.
- Problem solving skills needed.
- Quality and project management skills needed.
- Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint.
- Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (not just in major).
- Have enrolled student status at an accredited four-year college or university in the United States.
- Completed at least 30 credit hours at time of application.
- Ability to work full-time on-site (40 hours / week).
- Transfer students must have a GPA from current university.
- MUST ATTACH A COPY OF UNOFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT.
- Complete and pass a substance abuse test before the work term.
