About the role:
A great opportunity is available for a Graduate Project Manager to join our Site Development and Projects team. You will work on a variety of projects across our ongoing campus redevelopment by supporting the wider Development team in successful delivery of projects from concept to completion and support the wider Estates department in seamless handover back to the business.
The role will work closely with the entire Estates department to successfully deliver the concept to completion life cycle of the client managed projects we undertake here a Mercedes-Benz Grand Prix. The successful candidate will need to embed themselves into the team to provide continued support across various points of project delivery, including but not limited to administration, process improvement, stakeholder engagement, contractor and consultant management, project delivery.

Key Accountabilities:
Supporting the delivery of construction projects from inception to completion.
Assisting with project planning, programming, and procurement.
Coordinating with internal stakeholders, external consultants and contractors.
Assisting with budget planning, timelines and risk management
Supporting with project administration, including document control through project lifecycle.
Contributing to contract administration and project reporting.
Ensuring quality, compliance, and client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of departmental processes to ensure the effective delivery of projects
Raise Purchase orders and control delivery of direct supply items for client fit out.
Support with regular reporting to senior management and project stakeholders on progress and budgets.
Liaison with wider Estates department to enable smooth operation and handover at completion.
What we are looking for:
A degree (2:1 minimum grade) or similar qualification in the field of construction or the built environment.
Creative, proactive, pragmatic with good problem-solving skills.
High level of commitment and self-responsibility with the ability and confidence to work independently whilst showing a tenacious approach.
Ability to communicate effectively and confidently through all levels of the Team.
Additional Desirable Criteria:
Microsoft Project, or equivalent project management tool, with wider Microsoft office suite literacy particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
RICS, CIOB, or other relevant construction body approved Degree, with student membership and intent to become accredited.
Construction specific software systems (e.g. AutoCAD)
