Advising Project Management team on best practices in project governance, portfolio management, and PMO optimization
Analyzing project performance and providing recommendations to improve efficiency, governance, and reporting
Optimizing project workflows, ensuring adherence to industry regulations (e.g., ISO, PMI standards)
Implementing PMO structures, methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, PRINCE2, SAFe)

Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with team members, stakeholders, and leadership
Previous experience in similar roles such as PMO, PM
Advanced level of German and English
Facilitation: Skilled in facilitating meetings and events, ensuring productive and engaging sessions
Problem-Solving: Analytical thinking and ability to quickly identify issues and come up with efficient solutions to remove obstacles
Adaptability: Flexibility to adjust to changing circumstances and priorities while keeping the team focused on goals
Conflict Resolution: Effectively managing and resolving conflicts to maintain harmony and collaboration among team members
Time Management: Efficiently organizing and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and ensure smooth workflow
Collaboration: Building strong relationships across teams and promoting a culture of teamwork
Tools: MS Office Suite, Jira, Confluence
Nice to have:
First experience in the automotive industry preferred
Degree in Business or Engineering; Project Management Certification - SAFe Agilist, PSM, PMP, ACP, Prince
Tools: PowerBi, Easy BI

Start: by arrangement - always on the 1st and 15th of the month
Working hours: full time (40h); 27 vacation days
