As a Partnerships & Commercial Operations Project Manager, you will play a role in developing relationships with official partners and work with the team to develop and deliver seamless experiences across all projects.
· Project management, planning and delivery of commercial proposals for prospective partners of the Cadillac Formula 1 Team
· Ensuring the commercial CRM tool is kept up to date
· Designing and updating the Partner Toolkit which summarizes the rights available for Partners
· Serving as the brand ambassador for creation of new partnership assets including artwork, logos and brand guidelines
· Ensuring internal departments have the most up to date brand guidelines
· Managing agency design briefs, communications, timelines and budget
· Creation of Partnership rights and assets
· Managing the Graphic Designer and Partnerships Coordinator
· Working closely with the Senior Partnerships & Marketing Advisor and Chief Legal & Partnerships Officer to prepare Partnership packages

What do you need to bring to the team?
· Knowledge or experience working in sports / sports business.
· Proven experience the Microsoft Office Packages with a focus on Excel and PowerPoint
· Experience in brand and/ or marketing campaigns in desirable but not essential.
· Able to work simultaneously on different projects in different time zones.
· A versatile mindset and the ability to swap between tasks as and when needed.
· Degree educated in Marketing, Economics or Business.
· Ability to build strong relationship and maintain regular dialogue with all teams.
· A positive, confident and determined approach to work.
· Proactive and self-sufficient with excellent interpersonal skills.
