Support and active involvement in career development processes, including compensation, career paths, employee engagement and retention, new policies/programs, change management
Conduct the exit and stay interview process, facilitate discussions, interpret the collected data, generate analytics on collected data and propose actions/initiatives
Develop leadership capabilities of new leaders by facilitating new leader onboarding sessions
Advise and coach leaders and employees around MHP values ??and culture
Coordinate or support local HR projects and programs
Initiate and participate in HR processes & work-flows optimization, implement improvements to ensure HR processes move towards best practice and meet business excellence standards
Maintain compliance with employment law provisions, company policies and guidelines
Perform day to day analytics (turnover, new hires, exits, promotions, exit discussions results etc.)
Serve as primary contact and resource for employees and leaders to address HR issues, questions, concerns.
Provide guidance to employees and managers on work related issues, internal rules interpretation, conflict resolution
Investigate employee complaints, including misconduct and other work-related issues
Advise managers on handling disciplinary actions, complaints and performance management issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies
Support for leaders and employees’ performance improvement process by identifying and clarifying problems; evaluating potential solutions; implementing selected solutions
