The mission of this job is to assure the management of pricing/sales administration (following
company policies) as well as the monitoring of the audit compliancy documentation.
The job can be performed in the Brussels office as well as in the Rotherdam office.

Tasks:
- Operative pricing Car & Motorsport (e.g. price management inside SAP)
- Pricing procedures management & follow-up
- Customer creation management (on SAP system)
- Exception mapping
- Audit document archive (contracts, mails)
- Off Invoice condition Management (Sap Rebate Package)
- Month closure (check accrual creation, check accrual calculation, accrual confirmation)
- Sap Rebate Package reporting (bonus overview, manual cn's, monthly report volume bonus by customer,...)
- Credit notes bonus payments (Sap Rebate Package)
- Managing the correct invoice flow of the self-billing customers FORD/VOLVO (Providing monthly check between the VIR and our invoices in SAP, issuing a manual invoice that matches VIR, taking care of updated dealer code database)
Qualifications:
- Very good knowledge of Dutch or French
- Very good knowledge of English
- At least Bachelor Degree (marketing, economics, etc.)
- Good MS-office skills
- SAP knowledge is an advantage
