Task
Support colleagues in sales throughout the entire process of creating offers, from the creation of opportunities in SalesForce and SAP CRM to the generation of the internal quotation price calculation (ECT) and offer, and, the initiation of order creation
Create new accounts and contacts in Salesforce and maintain master data
Support colleagues in operational sales and administrative activities
Handle operational tasks for Customer Management
Create users in the employee portal (B2B)
Check old and new customers in the Porsche Portal (Business Partner Check)
QualificationsQualificationsQualifications
Independent, structured and accurate way of working
Fluent written and spoken German
High customer and service orientation, as well as a friendly demeanor
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Confident handling of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience with CRM/Salesforce
Things to know before departure:
Start: by arrangement - always on the 1st and 15th of the month
Working hours: full time (40h); 27 vacation days
Employment contract: Unlimited
