What you can look forward to as Head of Sales Commercial Vehicles Turkey
• Lead and manage the CV (commercial vehicle) spare part business in the Sub-Region (Turkey and Azerbaijan), aligning with brand strategy and profitability targets
• Develop and execute business plans adjust to local market dynamics and customer needs
• Drive market share growth and ensure sustainable, profitable sales performance
• Negotiate agreements with customers and provide operational sales support on a daily basis
• Lead and develop the sales team with a strong focus on performance and engagement.
• Set and monitor individual KPIs to ensure delivery of sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Collaborate closely with Sub-Region and Regional, CV Business Line Heads to align strategies and initiatives.
Your Profile as Head of Sales Commercial Vehicles Turkey
• Min Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a Technical Field
• 7+ years of experience as sales manager in automotive part sales, including commercial vehicles in global complex/matrix organizations is preferred
• Strong knowledge of customer structures, market dynamics, and setup in the sub-region/country.
• Solid commercial background with deep CV product expertise.
• Proven team management and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide diverse teams.
• Deep understanding of automotive market trends, innovation, and business models.
• Ability to exercise natural authority in a multicultural environment.
