The Business Development Manager will identify and secure new business opportunities for the organization within the BPO sector. The focus will be on generating leads, building relationships with prospective clients, developing strategies to increase revenue through developing the external market. The role requires a combination of market analysis, sales expertise, and an understanding of BPO operations and client requirements:
You will identify potential clients through market research, networking, and online platforms
You will build and nurture relationships with decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders in target companies
You will work closely with delivery teams to ensure a seamless transition from customer to service operation
You will be accountable for the service delivery, process improvement and customer satisfaction after the transition and stabilization phase of new customer accounts
You will develop customized sales pitches and presentations tailored to client needs
You will support the organization to reach the revenue goals
You will stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs
You will provide insights into new market opportunities and potential new services to be included in the portfolio
You will collaborate to ensure the quality standards in service delivery in line with client expectations
