What you'll do
You'll be responsible for assisting the team in various aspects of motorsport, including but not limited to, trackside operations, pit crew management, and data analysis.
- Assist the team in preparing for and executing trackside operations, including setting up and tearing down equipment and facilities.
- Manage the pit crew, ensuring they are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties efficiently and effectively.
- Analyze data and provide insights to the team to help improve performance and make data-driven decisions.
What you need
To succeed in this role, you'll need a strong background in motorsport, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
- 2+ years of experience in motorsport, preferably in a team environment.
- Strong knowledge of trackside operations, pit crew management, and data analysis.
