The Strategy Engineer will be responsible for assisting the Strategy Lead in providing independent advice and support. The role will involve a range of tasks, including tyre modelling, BOP summary and sensitivity, and numerical analysis.
What you'll do
Assist as required, provide independent advice to Strategy Lead, history - last event & last year, tyre modelling - energy/deg/wear/warmup, by compound/track temp/individual wheel for algorithm, BOP - summary & sensitivity, weather, base numbers, event/track/car, overview & software specific, energy eave - efficiency, cost/benefit, regulation review.
What you need
Hands on approach with a flexible 'Can Do' & 'Will Do' attitude, flexible with workload and tight deadline, knowledge of English required, notions of German considered as a bonus, pro-active problem solver, strong communicator, strong organisation and planning capacities, promote are values (People, Passion, Performance) and commit to personal investment into the WRT ESG strategy.
