What You'll Be Doing:

Perform preventive maintenance tasks and complete work orders across plant systems
Troubleshoot motor control systems, replace faulty devices (fuses, motor starters, relays, etc.)
Diagnose and repair 1-phase and 3-phase equipment including pumps, agitators, compressors, and packaging lines

What We're Looking For:

Experience: 5+ years in maintenance or industrial repair roles Education: High school diploma or GED required; Technical school certification a plus Skills: Proficiency in automation, fabrication, welding, and piping Traits: Strong communication, safety-minded, team-oriented
