About This Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Composite Technician to join our team in Grove. As a Composite Technician, you will be responsible for the trim and assembly of composite components, working to tight deadlines and high standards of quality.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in composite manufacturing, with experience of working with a variety of materials and processes. You will be a team player, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Trim and assemble composite components to high standards of quality
- Work to tight deadlines, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to the required standard
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety procedures
- Identify and report any defects or issues with components, suggesting solutions where possible
- Continuously improve processes and procedures, suggesting improvements and implementing changes as required
Requirements:
- Experience of working in a composite manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of composite materials and processes
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work to tight deadlines, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
- Strong attention to detail, with a focus on quality and accuracy
