WHAT YOU’LL DO
The Corporate Partnership and Events Manager will be responsible for executing high-profile corporate partnership agreements. This role will lead the development and implementation of partner activation plans, ensuring the timely and successful delivery of partnership assets, with a focus on supporting partner and club events and strengthening partner relationships.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain on-going files of confirmed client/partner contracts, a file of all available and sold inventories and all paperwork and records relating to partners (photos, charts, event collateral)
- Maintain an accurate fulfillment tracking chart and obtain logos and approvals for website, printed material and other collateral.
- Assist with the entire sales process from ideation, proposal building, implementation and partnership recaps.
- Assist with the planning, execution, tracking and reporting of all partner’s contractual elements including but not limited to sponsorship rights, hospitality packages and passes, PA/jumbtron spots, ticket discount codes, show car appearance availability, displays, tickets, parking passes, credentials, hot laps, and special VIP requests
- Collaborate with the collective event team and effectively communicate partnership contract benefits and obligations.
- Assist with the development, management and execution of special client/partner related functions.
- Plan various partner events. Duties may include venue site visits, procurement of vendors and AV, menu planning, securing vehicles and logistics, creation of invites, run-of-shows and presentations, track RSVPs, and effectively communicating all necessary details with staff, volunteers, vendors and guests
- Assist with event operations and logistics, including set-up, breakdown, and clean up, parking, and signage plans for race and pre-event partner activities
- Execute partner race weekend hospitality plans including supporting ongoing partner site visits, operational meetings and set-up, catering and special VIP requests.
- Assist with the coordination of meetings schedules, calendar notices, and printed materials for ongoing partner and vendor meetings
- Perform department specific administrative duties such as answering phones, maintaining client database, filing of contracts and COIs
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors
- Help maintain high standards of operational excellence and fan experience
- Deliver outstanding service to partners, guests, and colleagues

Required Experience & Skills:
- Five or more years of business experience, preferably in the sports, entertainment, agency, brand, or related industry is required.

- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Photoshop and CRM software.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business management, hospitality or equivalent experience
Leadership:
- One (1) Corporate Partnership Coordinator
- Two (2) Corporate Partnership Interns
FLEXIBILITY & TRAVEL
- Standard hours are Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
- Extended hours required during race weekends and key event periods (especially May)

- Occasional work outdoors requires physical strength and stamina to endure extreme heat, cold, rain and other conditions.
